Mr. Brougham is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments at Newstone. Prior to joining Newstone, Mr. Brougham was a Principal with KZC Catalyst Partners, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring the firm’s portfolio of mezzanine investments. Prior thereto, Mr. Brougham was at GE Structured Finance and Heller Financial, Inc., most recently as a Managing Director. During this time, Mr. Brougham was in the Corporate Finance Group, headed the Asia Pacific region operations, and also headed the Technology Finance business. Previously, Mr. Brougham was in commercial banking with Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America. Mr. Brougham received his B.A. from Occidental College.
